So I recommend keeping organized with your information right from the start. If you are keeping track of your information in a notebook, adopt a method to keep it orderly. Maybe have your notebook sectioned into topics, for example, ?references,? ?organizations,? ?peers.? If you are bookmarking your reference information through your browser, organize your list by assigning them to folders. This option is usually listed under your favorites menu, typically called ?organize favorites.? Do whatever makes sense to you and will help you easily retrieve the information you need in the future.

Organization doesn?t just stop at notebooks and bookmarks. It goes much deeper than that. Make sure you are personally organized before you start our next challenge. Clean up your workspace. Take care of your priorities or any tasks you may have been procrastinating.

This includes descriptions of them, their clothing, and their cell phone conversations. It’s also fun if you try to figure out what they do for a living and what their personal story is. Imagine what is going on in their mind right now and where they just came from and where they’re going when they get off the bus. Do this for as many people on the bus as you can.

    Option Two

Pretend you are one of the characters in your current story. So while you’re writing about the other people riding the bus, you can write about why your character is on the bus and what she notices about some of her fellow passengers.

Ex-Manitou Springs cop accused of strangling former girlfriend

Gazette, The (Colorado Springs), Aug 11, 2010 by JOHN C ENSSLIN

A former Manitou Springs police officer has been ordered to stand trial on charges that he strangled his ex-girlfriend and fellow officer after forcing her off the road in Colorado Springs.

Jarrott Paul Martinez, 30, is accused of second-degree assault, intimidating a witness, false imprisonment and violating a restraining order in the June 9 incident which occurred in the parking lot of a Del Taco restaurant at 5430 E. Woodmen Road.

At the time, Martinez was a Manitou Springs officer. However, his lawyer indicated in June that he had left the force.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Martinez’s former girlfriend, Sydney Rose Huffman, 23, had been driving on Duryea Road when she saw a pickup speeding toward her.

Huffman said that when the truck pulled up along side she recognized Martinez as the driver. She said he swerved leading her to believe he would ram her vehicle, so she pulled off onto Woodmen Road.

She said they both parked. Martinez came over to her car and after a brief conversation she agreed to get into the cab of his pickup. Once inside, she said he activated the locks on the doors.

Huffman said Martinez began to blame her for his financial problems and the possibility of him losing his job. He asked her not to testify in a pending misdemeanor case.

To appease him, she agreed not to testify against him. When she tried to get out, Huffman said Martinez grabbed her by the neck with both hands.

“I began to get dizzy and saw black dots,” she later told a Colorado Springs detective. “It felt as though my eyes were going to pop out of my head. I thought this was it. He would finally kill me and get away with it.”

Huffman said she briefly blacked out. When she came to, she said Martinez began to cry, apologized for what he had done and leaned over to kiss her. She kicked him, got out of the truck and fled.

The detective who later took Huffman’s report at Memorial Hospital said he saw bruise marks on her neck. She was coughing and had difficulty swallowing and turning her head, he said.

Police said Martinez had a history of violence toward Huffman and other family members, including three previous strangulation incidents. Huffman said there were also unreported incidents in which Martinez held firearms to her head and to her father’s head.

She also told police that Martinez had previously threatened to kill both of them and added “that if she ever called police he would kill her before the police would arrive.”

Following a preliminary hearing Tuesday, 4th Judicial District Judge David L. Shakes found there was enough evidence for Martinez to be tried

In either case, your physician will be monitoring you as you come out of general anesthesia, or the local anesthesia wears off. You will have swelling in the abdominal area, and it will be sore. You will be given antibiotics and painkillers to assist in your tummy tuck recovery. It is important that you communicate any allergies you have and any other vitamins, herbs or medications you take so that the medications prescribed for your recovery will be right for you. As with all antibiotics, it is important to take the full course of medicine, as prescribed.

Once you are released, most physicians will prescribe two to three days of bed rest. While they may seem like three very long days, it is crucial for your tummy tuck recovery that you follow your surgeon?s instructions. If possible, have a friend or family member stay with you for those initial days at home so that they can help you and keep an eye on you as you recover. You will receive personalized instructions on medication, compression, elevation and rest during this time. Your physician may even be able to give you advice on ways to minimize scarring.

After your initial tummy tuck recovery, you will slowly be able to return to your normal activities.

It may be true. But these people neglect the fact that there are also other things that have to be considered before purchasing blinds, not only the color and the size are important when choosing blinds for one’s home or office windows.

    Here is some information.

    * Style

Blinds can come in different styles, the most popular of which is the Venetian blinds. Decide on what style you wanted depending on the functionality and design of your windows.

Roller Shades – these are made specially treated opaque or vinyl fabric that is wrapped around a dowel, which employs a spring or a beaded cord system to roll the fabric up or down. This is good if you want to have complete privacy and to protect the furniture from fading. The ends can be straight or shaped, and trimmings or contrasting braid can be added as design.

Roman Shades – these blinds have a cord woven thru the fabric that allows you to raise or lower the shade in an accordion pattern.

Venetian Blinds – or horizontal blinds, have horizontal panels, made of wood or aluminum, which can be adjusted to change the level of sunlight that can be allowed in the room.

Sing and read to and with your child and you?ll be mapping a course of success.

A child?s early experience is, of course, language. They take in and very soon begin to imitate that which they see and hear. Soon to follow will be the recognition of the individual characters that make up the language. From there the individual characters morph into words, words then become sentences and onward. And as reading continues to develop, so does the child?s vocabulary as they encounter, recognize, and master even more new words. Then there is writing that soon develops and builds as it all ties back to reading.

With all of this going on, it?s easy to understand that becoming a reader is a step by step process for children.

The way to succeed financially is to frequently set and accomplish personal finance goals.

The problem is when most people hear or read the words ?personal finance?, their eyes glaze over and they immediately begin to think about something more interesting?like what?s the function of their keyboard?s scroll lock button? But, the reality is that learning how to make the most of your finances is really pretty easy and that just a little bit of attention can go a long way.

    Where Are You Financially?

It is hard to get somewhere if you don?t know where you are in the first place. And with personal finance, it?s just as difficult to set financial goals for the future, if you don?t know where your finances are currently.

The best way to measure your financial standing is to figure out your personal net worth. Personal net worth is basically your personal finance bottom line.

Typically, solutions like this would require the developer to study existing manual data recording, analysis and report generation systems, then plan – in consultation with users – for incorporation of automation into the spreadsheet to replace them, where possible.

Custom spreadsheet solutions which survive long after the developer has “left the scene”, are often those which users accept because they discover it – among other benefits – makes their work quicker and easier to do. That is why the best person to develop such solutions tend to be one who works in that area, and is therefore familiar with the way the manual system operates. S/he would have an “insider’s” perspective of the best way to introduce automation other users will readily adopt – even as it solves the identified problem(s).

In effect what I am saying is that companies which get the most value from spreadsheet automation(including using it to avoid expenditure on less adaptable commercial off the shelf applications) will be those which empower their users to routinely generate “in house” solutions.
